I was able to grab come snapshots of the first few prints.

Overall I am pretty happy with the quality. Particularly once I was able to dial in the extruder. It is critically important that you first fix the extruder to avoid clicking and other misfeeds. You can see how critical it is in my failed attempts of a print. Once this thing is extruding well, it is awesome.

Note: all my prints so far have been sliced with slic3r

Really nice looking. Was this with pla? And did you use repetier or cura?

@grobbins, this is PLA that came with my machine, software is repetier (slic3r) those screw holes were tricky but it did a superb job.
