Did you back Morpheus at Kickstarter?

Take a minute to introduce yourself and explain why and what uses are you thinking it will cover on your project(s).

If you backed in then backed out, kindly let us know why too, if you want.

If still undecided, post your doubts here! :D

Hello All
I am one of the Kickstarter backers for the Morpheus 3D printer.

Just a few days ago I have the team from Owlworks and Mr SJ Park came all the way from Korea to setup my printer. I am one of a few in SE Asia with the Morpheus 3D. I must say this is absolutely brilliant. Best service for any business Kickstarter or no kickstarter business I know.

The printer works first time and whilst the Creation Workshop program is a bit buggy the printer still managed to knock up some "rooks" see photos attached. I am going to explore some other resins. Makerjuice red seems to suffer from pigment separation.
I am going to play with this new printer and hopefully learn and contribute to others here.

At least Im not alone with the MJ+ pigment separation, thanks for sharing and welcome aboard!

It seems it becomes evident MJ+ was made for small VATs but Im still curious how TOW made it to print the large REIMS Cathedral with so low pigment separation...

Hey Guys

I'm a kickstarter backer and was super excited when I got my Morpheus about a month ago here in South Africa. But unfortunately I have not been able to even test it yet. There was no resin included and no assembly instructions.:(

Does anyone have any assembly instructions? I don't want to just plug all the pieces in and do something wrong. How did everyone else assemble theirs? Except for lucky Dada print.

Has anyone tested it with Form1 resin?

I have asked these questions on emails but TOW must be very busy.

Hi Jao and welcome too the forum. Some of us were lucky in that the OWL team came and installed the printer for us. They do however have links with youtube videos showing you how to set it up. Please email them and ask for the links. To get good prints, you may want to make a couple of modifications (as I have posted in the Morpheus Modifications thread).

The Form1 resin is a closed system only for the Form1 printers. I think you are maybe thinking of the FunToDo (FTD) resin? If so, that resin is of really good quality. The resin we all had included was the MJ resin, which is actually no use, so in a way, you are lucky you received no resin as it would have frustrated you no end.
