It has recently come to our attention while surfing the FB groups that a user pointed out that now Rapide3D, the "company" behind RapideOne and RapideLite/XL/350/500 3D Printers is starting to sell 3D printers again.
In fact if you surf:
http://rapide-3d.com/
you end up with two nice buttons: a BUY NOW button for the Rapide200 printer and a PREORDER button for the Rapide200XL printer.
If you click on the BUY NOW button for the Rapide200 printer, you're then taken to:
http://www.maxvirtual.com/rapide-lite-200.html
where you're supposedly to be allowed to complete payment and full order of any amount of Rapide Lite 200 printers.
While MaxVirtual.com seems a one-guy opperated business (as per the Contacts (http://www.maxvirtual.com/contact.html) page) and they sell themselves as just "official reseller of the Rapide Lite 200", we feel it's totally unethical that the Rapide3D company is doing business in the background while still owing near $75,000 to their initial, loyal indiegogo "kickstarter" backers that put faith into their business and brand.
We ask you to please spread the word and stop anyone from doing business with such brand until all debts are fully paid!
Additionally, this last week several press/media has started contacting me for more details on this big "failaud"/campaign and details are being addressed as we speak, this included.
Let's spread the word and keep togheter. United we stand!
