So it's seemingly decided then, we'll meet online next Tuesday May 3rd at 9:30PM CEST / 8:30PM BST / 3:30PM EDT.

May be we should try Slack instead of hangouts. Seems way more professional for this matter.

Hmm, Slack looks like an text messaging only. Or am I wrong? Can it also do videoconferencing like Hangouts?
