I'll try it too with Astroprint.

Try loading the SAME stl on astroprint and choose HIGH quality, and see what you get.

My results so far are IMPRESSIVE.

Besides the pattern issue, im also worried on this "heat bed" issue thing and having the degrees reduced by the fans...

That would add to the "faulty" motorS theory, as the more the head moves (in curves) the less moiree effect (less chances of "simetrical issues").

What if it's just the spool of the materials (i know you tried two already) that has moisture on the same places all over? just wondering.

Are you using the same OS environment than Joao is using? And slicing/printing software versions?

Also, are Joao and you using the "Cradle me" spool holder? Or the thingiverse optimized one?

Did you calibrate the extrusion settings?
May be temp is too low in the room or the settings?

May be top and bottom layers need another...layer?

Are your fans operating correctly, out of curiosity?

I will whenever i get my extruder replacement asap....

So far I think all of us got the fans the same way?? Ie the vertical one always on, the down one stop by default??
