i am not an electrican expert but i think it will increase the voltage (12V) in general and not only the heater (heat-bed)

Good News-my printer works again after exchange the extruder thermistor!
all functions checked and i`m printing now:p
I was able to remove the jam by simply drilling with an 2mm drill trough the tube and the ptfe tube remained in place and seems undamaged which is nice:)- one problem solved.

I disconnected the extruder thermistor at board side and tested if i can at least heat up the bed - temp does not change.
Regading remove the ptfe tube: some unmelted filament still stuck inside...
