Try putting a cork tile under the bed it should help but not sure by how much.
The obligatory cat (sliced myself @ 0.2 not the 0.1 g-code version on the SD card) and a small bust from the SD card.
This was without checking or tightening any of the wheels, just a quick bed...

@Millstream to the rescue!
The upright crossbar frame (solid ali) is supposed to sit in the middle of the printer (front to back) so if you have to push the extruder forward to allow the fans on either side to miss the frame...
If you re-position the extruder slightly further forward you might find that the fan will miss the frame and therefore not lose any X axis width, you'd also have to move the upright back slightly to...

The guy here is making a filament extruder along with a homemade filament puller utilising digital calipers
I have the filament extruder but no equipment for extruding the correct size (other than...
We would need to see your Cura settings and your firmware estep values (X,Y,Z & E) before we could give a good answer.
@ Bolson - maybe you should delete some of these last posts as they are duplicated?
If your endstops are causing a disconnect then you have them on the wrong pins and they are causing a short (been there done that as Joao will confirm :D).
Did you check the driver chip orientation...
Did you insert the driver chips in the correct orientation? The two different types of drivers face different ways, unfortunately if you have them the wrong way round you may have damaged them...

Can I suggest that you disconnect all of the endstop wiring from the motherboard and type M119 (get endstop status) into the command line.You should get the response of "open" for each switch. Then...
I'm pretty impressed with the print quality of My RL200 using a RAMPS set up even with only 1/16 stepping, it seems as though the old moire pattern has finally disappeared :)

Great questions but ...... couldn't leave it without fixing it
I loaded my 'old' Simplify fff settings, plus printing a small cube involves lots of sharp changes in direction which is difficult to handle for most extruders unless your acceleration settings are...
Is this better?1373
I'm back up and running at last. Replaced the original MB with a RAMPS set up, the supplied drivers (A4988) only give 1/16 stepping so I've now ordered some DRV8825's so I can run @ 1/32 but so far...
