Why are there two springs to control how tight the wheels press the filament? Why not just one?
How do you tighten them - for example: which one first?

After you connect the printer to the computer you can see a new device:

Do we know where exactly the bad connection is:
A. The PCB's connection to the wire.
B. The wire's connection to the extruder (the connector which looks like a PC serial port).
C. In the extruder...
You could try with a different computer, then you might know whether to blame the computer or the printer/cable.

Thanks! I did not even notice there is a left-limit-switch which can be moved. Works better now. I'm looking how to calibrate the thing.
I try to print with Cura, but when the printing starts, the nozzle (A) moves to the front-left and goes down and then it hits the front-left screw (B) of the bed. I already switched the screw (B)...
