That sounds promising too. I'm still printing iterations of the nozzle on HT resin.

    Will keep you posted!

Cube Print software prints ABS at 260.

I can certainly post them without the supports, however....

What slicing software are you using? If you are using Slic3r, it won't slice anything smaller than .5mm wide (unless you know of a way to change that in the program). The models have parts smaller than .5mm wide, so they get left out, leaving holes in the object. I can't change the model to fit it because it won't fit the nozzle afterwards. I'm not sure if other slicers will work but I need to know before I re-render it without the supports. I don't want to waste my time if it is not going to work.

Can you verify whatever software you are using will slice smaller than .5mm wide?

Also tolerances can vary enough between printers to make it not fit.

(All this was briefly summarized in my first post.)

Slic3r will do it with the detect thin walls setting enabled, also it won't slice anything under your nozzle size, not necessarily .5mm of which I have a .25 nozzle I could swap out if needed.

Oh also I use slic3r s3d and cura so I can report back if it works or not in any of the three

I made some minor modifications to reduce the thin walls (made them thicker). The detect thin walls setting helped but it still didn't slice quite right at the bottom. Let me know if you can get this to work. This is the M5 thread version. Let me know if you need the M6 version.

    Stupid Question...

How do I secure the filament tube? I printed this last night and just tried it this morning. When I purge, the filament comes out just fine... so long as I am holding the tube in place, but as soon as I let the tube go it starts to force the tube out of the fitting and stops purging.

Perhaps your fitting is broken internally...It can happen.

Change it but add some of these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:936611
