    I guess they were trying to make it comfortable to the eye, not to the ear lol

    Can you enlightnen us on the steps or even better do a stepbystep instructable?
    haha

    I want to defo try.

    The only thing that pops my mind is if not having the resonance chamber will affect the bed keeping warm...

    Hi,

    Taking the bed panels off is very easy. (Sorry for no pics, didn't think it'd be worth my time):

    - lay the printer on its side, cartridge side down (this is because the bed prevents the printer laying flat on its front or back side)
    - Unscrew the four screws on the underside of the bed. These hold the dark gray panel, so that should just fall off.
    - Inside there are three other screws that hold the top panel. Unscrew those, and voila, you're done!

    also I put new plastic feet on it from the dollar store, put like 10 of then on it and I think it reduces vibration a bit more.
