    Cube 3 restart during print

    Hi there i have a problem with my Cube 3, and it turn off during the print or when the print is going to start any help please

    Do you get an error message just before it stops?

    Tnn errors are associated with thermal issues at the nozzles.
    Chip disconnect errors give you 30 seconds to correct.
    A power supply disconnect is an immediate job-stop.

    Those are the only ones I know about.

    I didnt get any message, and i tried even to change the cartridge ans i got the same Issus a reboot without any message

    thank tommy , so i check closely my printer and i found this ! 26830011_10215232361779529_1197989864_o.jpg do you think it can cause the shutdown of the printer ?

    That can't be good... but it should only deal with the wire management. But underneath that could be more issue.
    If this strains a wire, then yes, it could "glitch" into thinking it is a valid interrupt to stop printing.
    If this is the extent of the problem, test it by taping the two together to at least see if that helps.
    A more permanent fix would include some epoxy in this region.

    I had a similar problem with one of my printers. It turned out to be a faulty power supply if you happen to have a spare swap it out and see if that fixes your issue.
