When i did My First cube the only Things i Changed were electronics and extruders(Titan), as for the tft24 V1 from Btt, U will have to trimm Just a Bit of the housing to fit...hotglued in and its ok

For original Look, U should Look at nextion 2.4 Display, and Programm it with a Cube Like Interface...

Yep, I've seen this post. Since BTT board has a connector, it's easy to buy an extension cable for it.

Hoping to make it work. This way I will have the screen separate from the board, and there will be no need to cut anything.
Here is the finished print-head mk3, also designed to fit the original casing without modifications:
