    Help needed with print problems

Hi, I am having a few problems with a print. Printer is Ender 3. Software is s3d. When I try to print a part with a raft the print starts well, but once the printer as completed 3layers of the oval that s3d sort of adds to a print the nozzle is 2mm off the bed level. The problem is when it starts to print the part I designed the nozzle is still 2mm off the bed. What am I doing wrong, why is s3d not adjusting the z axis to make the print.
