Bed heating power cable hooked by the bed belt tensioner

After some days printing, I noticed that one of the prints had a very strange jump on the Y axes during the print.
I thought it was something wrong with the software or comms.
But then I moved the bed manually and felt some strong pressure at around Y:100.
Looking under I saw that the power cable for the heating bed was being hooked by the belt tensioner. Also the belt was being push and twisted a lot when the cable was moving more.

Does anyone have the same problem?
Could someone please post a photo of your bed power cord so I can compare probably the length or where the cable tie is placed?

    Many thanks!

You may want to put the belt tensioner upside down and retry?
