Any integration experience with TMC2100?
TMC2100 is a cheap little stepper filter that should quiet 3D printers that don't have this capability installed on their motherboard.
Anyone care to weigh in on how the TMC2100 would be wired into our common stepper configurations?
This might just qualify as a longevity upgrade.

I think they follow the same PIN orientation as many, just match GND pins and that should be it....

Just a pass-through device?

No, its a driver, like A8 or DRV8825.

Aha... but there is a pass-through device... I just happened upon this.

I don't think our Cube3 suffers from this but for those seeing unexplained patterns on other printers, you might consider these.
I consider these electronic spike snubbers. Also notice that this is appropriate for extrusion, not necessarily motion.
And it will help solve back EMF. That alone can be a useful function for all stepper motors.
