    Hello All,

So I have my recharge wand finished. It works with my Chip Sled.

I'm still learning how to use Arduino IDE and the Serial Monitor but it seems to work quite well. The contacts are a bit agricultural so when I have time I will order some better contacts and build another one.

I am currently using the lite version but I think I will contact Tomuro and pay for the Pro version so I can change the materials and have a play with Nylon and possibly some other materials.

Thanks for this great thread TommyDee and everyone else. I now have two working 3D printers instead of two worthless contraptions taking up space.

    Cheeers,

    RS

Thanks guys, I'm really quite happy with the project. I world involves structural aspects so the circuit and the Arduino were out of my realm, but once I understood how to deal with the BAT file, then the Arduino IDE and the serial monitor it all came together. Really quite logical and simple once you know what you are doing.

Thanks for all of you help guys and for both of your threads TommyDee.

    Cheers,
    RS

    Hey RicciEU,
Great work. I would like to replicate for myself.
Is it possible to get a picture of the underside of your board, I'd like to see how you wired it up.
    Thank you !!!

    Hey RicciEU,
Can you provide STEP file for your chip holder. I want to modify them and I don't know how to modify STL file.

    Thanks

Hey DRoo, Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately I cant find any images of the back side. Now its all glued into the holder I printed so I can't open it.
    Cheers RS

Hey Bucketwheel, Sorry but I didn't save the files in any other format. I was in a hurry when I was doing it so I only saved STL versions of the files. I am not sure if you can modify STL files. Sorry I can't be of more help.
    Cheers RS
