Chewed up Axis roller wheels
I have noticed that some of the X and Y axis wheels are getting "chewed up" on my CR-10s.
It seems to be just the outer edges of the wheels that are effected, as if they are being scrapped along a rough surface.
I don't see anything amiss with the axis guides that they are rolling on so I am hoping this is just normal "break-in" for these.
Has anyone else noticed this on their CR-10?

These wheels are touchy to adjust. I was sure I had a bad one, same "flat spot". But after I followed a little procedure it straightened out and is totally smooth.

Has anyone considered replacing the uprights with machined v-wheel extrusions?

What is the size of the vertical framing extrusions?
