    CubePro Temperature Elevation File

In order to get a more stable print environment, I have attached a print file that will bring the temperature of the chamber up and stabilize the internal components.

This file is set for 45 minutes and the temperature is set for 55*C. It does nothing but start the internal heater and pauses. All the motion is F/W based.

I brought my CubePro up to 45*C on the bed using this file from an ambient of 20*C.
This file requires an ABS chip in the second bay. No filament will be heated during this process.
You can easily modify the file for your particular setup by changing the material type and location.

Of course, this requires the file on the USB drive to run.

This might be a good way to wake up your CubePro in the morning.

60C seems to stall about half way through. Probably hitting the safety sensor inside.

I went back to 55C with a 2500 second delay.

Included is the "no extruder heat" line M104 S0/M204 S0.
Getting very quick results on the build plate.
That seems to be the target of the heater.

Did you want me to add the part fan at 100% to the script?

I know you don't like those fans but it should work fine for heat soaking.

Perhaps they help moving the heat around the box, yes, I just want them to stop while printing, I don't see the point printing on ABS on no heated bed environments, Im not sure what 3DS was thinking on this :??

    They were thinking glue

    I'll play with that today.

The glue is working wonders by the way!
