CR-10 MAX or CR-10S proV2: how to flash the motherboard firmware?

I have an issue to connect my PC to my creality CR-10 MAX and at this time the screen is paralysed.
Meaning: the screen of the creality doesn't change. (home page “CREALITY” with no action possible)
During the last days, there were no problem for the USB connection and suddenly, it's not possible to etablish the connection.
I find a software (Serial port monitot 7.0) which It seems possible to send a hex file.

I have changed the cable with 4 differents cables and the issue is still present.
Is there a procedure to flash the motherboard firmware with a hex file ? Where can I find this hex file?
    Writing on motherboard: ATMEGA2560
    What could you suggest?

to summarize, I share you the list of tests that I made:
    - install and desinstall the USB card on the PC
    - change the baudrate
    - reboot PC
    - change the cable (4 cables in stock)
    - I try to upload the original firmware V1.7
    - I change the number of the com port.

Welcome to the forum Vincent68. Not a CR-10 user but thought I'd say hi.
