Redesigned Extruder case makes life so much easier

Incorporated all the extruder plastic into one solid piece in Simplify 3D.
God I love that program

I'll have photos soon because it is printing now.....

Lots of support structures, but this to me, is going to be amazing easy to maintain the extruder section.

I'm going to drill and tap two more holes in the "L" bracket so this will be held into place with two more allen head bolts......

The bottom fan will set on the bottom of this piece, and bolted up.

The back fan will need no bolts and will just drop in.

And all your wires will be kept from being damaged if you want to work on the extruder.
Plus you don't have to fiddle fart around taking everything apart on the Rapide designed one just to get to the hot end or nozzle.
It will look like the one in the photo below when I'm finished.

Installed..... SO much nicer from a service standpoint.....
The fans are not original. Radio Shack Axial fans until the
OEM fans arrive..... That's why all the aluminum foil tape.

Don't know why I can't see the attachments... It says "contact the administrator"... grrrr...

They dont display fine to me neither, somethings wrong with Holga's posts. I'm testing an attachment in this post.

EDIT: Mine seems to display fine. May be holga removed them?
