Tips on 3D modelling software

Hi!

I've been using Sketchup some time now. I love the simplicity in the controls, but i find that it lacks tools for complex models. Does anyone have any tips on software that has a easy interface and a good variety in 3D-modelling tools? (such as, rounded corners on elements etc.)

In all fairness, Sketchup has advanced tools, but many of them via addons.

Try installing these tools from the extension warehouse, it will make sketchup powerful enough for serious 3D print modeling:
