Why are there two springs to control how tight the wheels press the filament? Why not just one?

How do you tighten them - for example: which one first?

Hi, I assume its to have better traction. Have to springs you will hav a finer adjustment for both smaller and larger filaments

I always adjust the inside one first... second one acts as yeah, a finetuner... almost no screwing of it.
