A better Z-Bar adjustment end stop part :)

Ok guys and girls. I really like the idea that, Gee, I can't remember who came up with it, but the printed parts for the z bar end stop adjustments.
Though it worked great, it wasn't too solid.

So, I came up with this this morning. Took about an hour with Dremel tool, files, band saw, drills and an 8/32" tap plus a few rods, nuts,
washers, a plastic wing nut and rubber stopper.
    It freaking works great!

So. being a firm believer in a photo is worth a thousand words........ Drum, roll please.

    Yeah, simple works.

The more complex, the more likely something will screw up.

Mechanical wins over electronics for simplicity of implementation, stability and costs of acquisition, ultra accuracy is not required here for end-stops.
