Help setting up Cube 3d printer

Can you tell me if the chips from the Cube 2 cartridges will fit the Cube 3 Printer? Now the first can be found cheaper.
They are sealed in an opaque package.

Cube2 chips can be reprogrammed for Cube3 yes. They are physically the same chip with a different program.
