I've been successfully putting some interesting materials through my CubePro
Some are quite interesting:
Filamentum's Flexfill 92A - this is a flexible material
PolyMaker's PolySmooth - this is a ridged material that can be polished with isopropyl alcohol to remove the layer lines. The results are quite nice!
Layfomm 60 - this a odd one. when it prints it is ridged. but when you soak it in water, it dissolves some component of the material and what remains is very soft and squishy.
I've also printed some more "standard" types of filament with good results:
colorFabb_HT, which is a high strength, high-temp material
some PETG filaments
Kodak ABS
Kodak PLA
I have another one on order I am quite excited about: Polymaker's PolyCast which is meant to be used for investment casting, which is another one of my more recent hobbies I've acquired. It is supposed to be "ash free" meaning when you pour the molten metal into the form, the object burns away to to virtually nothing. This material is also supposed to be polishable like their PolySmooth

Very interesting! I will give these a try. Any profile advice? All printed with S3D or did you use OEM slicer for some?

I use S3D for everything now -- I like the tweakability.
I don't have any overall profile advice I'm still in the stage where I'm experimenting with various settings. But you have any specific questions I'd be happy to answer.

No, but I'm in the same place with my S3D profiles. Profiles provide good results but I will continue to tweak.
I've always thought that a library of S3D profiles would be helpful for the dedicated 3DSystems followers
. Not only for people on the fence about purchasing or just starting out but also to get feedback from more advanced users. Might make for a good sticky.

Now that is really very interesting!
Have you had any issue with PETG? I have just ordered GIANTARM PETG as it has a temp range of 220 - 250c. So I am thinking that I can print it as ABS. I am just not sue if the feed rate will be the same.
Any advice on printing PETG on a Cubepro?

Feed rate is the same as the density is very similar.
