    filament binding

    Hi All,

I've got about a month with the CR-10 V3. Generally, I can print small things from Thingiverse, etc with no problems.

When I try to print bigger things -- like a 10+ hour print -- it repeatedly fails due to the filament binding on the spool. When that happens, the filament feed stops and the "print" continues without any filament being present in the print head. If I am present when the print head starts "croaking", I simply grasp the filament and firmly, smoothly pull until the filament is freed.

I'm on my third roll of filament now and the problem continues. I see pictures of print farms so I believe this must be an anomaly.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong??
