Unknown File Format

I am having an issue printing from the SD card. It keeps reporting unknown file format.

I have reformatted the card (and like an idiot didn't save the files on the card, so on a side note if someone has those I would appreciate it), made sure the file extension is correct, restarted the printer, etc.

It seems to work once out of every 10+ times.

I am using MatterControl to do the export, but even the original files on the card gave me this same issue. Any ideas would be appreciated.

May be it's time to find another SD card...
