USB problem but working from SD

I printed with my Rapide 200 a lot of models for months.

Today something happens: printer and PC do not comminicate more (Windows).
SD card works perfecty as before.

I changed PC, changed USB, re-installed drivers, do many things but nothing was useful.

PC stil recognize rapide lite 200 correctly as USB rumba.
Repetier Host connects printer but stay stuck "Waiting 7 process" without recognize Temperatures.

Any idea?

Did you apply any Windows patches /system patches/ recently?

Anything you upgraded on the hardware side on that computer?

Did you try on any other computer or even on a Mac?

Or thru a Raspberry?

No, I use a laptop with windows 7 only for 3d printing and nothing is changed there.
I tried another PC but same result :/

I suggest you to either try it on a Mac or a raspberry. If it is not connecting, then your boards' USB has been blown up, like many others have suffered.

In that case I have to change whole board or there is some trick to fix USB?

Just replace the board, its not that hard, specially with a RUMBA, whose Rapide has cloned with. You have a tutorial in this forum.
