    Post Processing and Finishing Thread

    Hey All,

    I just thought It might be helpful to start a thread for "Post Processing & Finishing" for 3d printing. We can share ideas, and commiserate our experiences here!

    --this was a response from Makerjuice re: possible finishing techniques for prints using their resins:

    "Unfortunately since these are not thermoplastics, you can't use acetone or heat or anything like you can with ABS/PLA. The best way to get a smoother finish is just to sand and polish them like you would a painted surface. You can also paint them as well and then polish that, of course."

    I agree with MJ.... the resin has always been an "old school technique" area...
