Felfil Evo avalaible for pre-orders on Indiegogo!

    Hi Everyone,
I'm Fabrizio of the Collettivo Cocomeri, an italian group of makers. We made a filament extruder, Felfil Evo, able to produce 3d filaments starting from industrial pellet or printing waste. After a succesful crowdfunding campaign on Kikcstarter, we are happy to announce that Felfil Evo is now avalaible for pre-orders on Indiegogo.

Please, take a look and tell us what you think about our project.

    Thank you
    Fabrizio - Collettivo Cocomeri

    Ciao Fabrizio

Just out of curiosity, why do you only offer pre-orders on Indiegogo?
Is there any other way to order the extruder directly without the irresponsibleness of Indiegogo?

    Thanks

    Thanks for the fix.
Thats exactly what I meant and for unfortunate reasons it was easy to understand the correct meaning...

Don't think me wrong +Fabrizio, you have a great product and a few of us for sure are interested on investing (me included).
I just prefer not to use Indiegogo at all.

    Hi Joao,

thank you for the feedback. We are working on our e-commerce, and soon pre-orders will be available from our website felfil.com.

Now we are using Indiegogo because we thought it could ensures us more visibility, and we trust that using a platform like Indiegogo can guarantee a safety level much higher for the costumer.

Did you had a bad experience with Indiegogo?
There would be helpful for us to know your opinion about that argument.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Fabrizio,

    Thank you for replying back.
A lot of members of this forum had very unpleasant experiences with Indiegogo campaigns, loosing thousands of fundings.
Because this is a very common problem nowadays, so many people misusing crowdfunding platforms to advertise planned scams, the people that got already burnt or more informed, are very sceptical of investing.
Specially on Indiegogo because, contrary to what you said, they do not held any responsibility on the successfulness of the projects. They do not refund anyone even if the campaign is well funded but products are not delivered.

This is only a friendly advise from a customer suggesting you to find an alternative where interested buyers can feel safe from giving money upfront, knowing that the total value or at least some percentage can be recovered if the product is not received (and now this is important: ) after the time from credit cards or paypal or the method of payment, that they allow creating disputes with the seller.

For example your pre-order through Indiegogo announces that the product will be delivered in September 2016.
Even if there are no delays at all, that is 184 days. That time is already more than any payment service allows to open a dispute. Debit or credit cards 120 days, paypal 180 days, Indiegogo nothing...

Thank you very much for your advise. We have never thought about the refund issue (we also never thought of not deliver), also because we never had this problem like customers.
Your point of view is very important for us.

    Thank you again!
