I love the use of ShoeGoo where most people use RTV. ShoeGoo cleans up easily and has an excellent hold.
When I found the borosilicate glass, 170mm square, I bought 6 N52 3/4" diameter and 1/8" thick magnets.
Place the magnets on the carrier magnets in the printer; put a small dab of adhesive on the top of the magnet; place the glass; place the 3 extra magnets on top of the glass to squish the adhesive.
Now before you go using this plate, after the adhesive has cured, you need to change the gap significantly. Do this by making a gap of say 5-6mm. Then manually regap the nozzle after you replace the stock build plate with the borosilicate one. A releveling may also be required.

Simplify3D replaces the Cubify slicers. It generates files that are compatible with the CubePro platform. Simplify3D doesn't have a good interface for Cube3.

We have a few people familiar with Simplify3D. I am not one of them. Basically it is a stand alone application that generates files that are put through a converter to make files compatible with the CubePro printers. I do not know the success level anyone has had with Simplify3D and Cube3.

What method are you using to get high quality prints

Hey Mohan, I'll jump in here quickly. First, I would suggest that you visit the Cube3 download links page and find the Cube Print software. This will take STL files and generate compatible models for your Cube3 printer. If you you also have a CubePro printer, there are other executables on there that will allow you to do the same thing with for that printer. Second, to get some of the absolutely highest quality prints, that's going to take time for you to learn the internals of how the underlying BFB code for the model is layed out and how best manipulate that.

Hey, new user here but have been lurking for several months. I have a Cube 3, this is my second occasion trying to flash the firmware (1.14B) with the patch, but both times I have tried in the past, the printer will not recognize the USB drives that I’m using. I’ve tried two different brand and capacity flash drives with both NTFS and FAT32 formatting but the printer will fail instantly anytime I try to load the firmware. It also seems to not recognize flash drives with print files on them. Could the USB port on the printer be toast?
Any suggestions on this?
Thank you.

Adding to say, I’ve scrolled through nearly every page of this thread and could not find anyone with a similar problem, so I realize this might be hopeless…

fat32 and 16gb max IIRC. Do you have the original memory stick? First your printer is going to have to read a print file. Once that is accomplished, the f/w upgrade should go smooth like butter on Cube3.
There are valid means by which to blow the USB port but that is quite uncommon. If nothing else, try reseating the connector on the motherboard. Significant intrusion required.

The printer was a hand-me-down from my father after he gave up with the antics of cracking filament, so I do not have the official USB drive.
I will try the FAT32 (<=16GB) strategy and see if I can load a file first. I don’t have anything less than 16GB so I hope that works. I have to save the file directly from the Cubify software to get the printer to recognize the file type, correct?
If this works I’m forever in your debt, TommyDee.
