The F/W update probably overwrote the defaults set by the user in the previous version.

This cal2 button... Set cal1 to something past your normal gap and push the cal2 area to complete the operation.

This is how you manage a thicker build plate on the Cube 3 as well.
I set this to a very large default gap so my magnet based glass plate works without crashing.

If the Cube Pro works similar to the Cube 3, you could remove the files from the internal SD. This forces a FW update. You should then be able to install 2.0 from a memory stick.

Just remember to copy the files before you delete them from the SD. There are 2 .bin files that will need to stay on the drive.
These two files are important as they parse the serial number. Without them, you could loose access to your printer.

I do not know how to get to the motherboard in the Cube Pro.
I can only say that that SD drive is located on the motherboard.
It is plugged into a socket from which it can be removed.
Then you can plug the SD drive into any Windows computer to see the files.

Sorry, I do not know how to speak Spanish.

No he probado nunca en una Pro pero por lo que parece el procedimiento es similar.
