For me it would take parts nozzles.
Unfortunately, the nozzles are the most delicate part when you need to intervene because the filament is broken or you want to replace the filament.
Possible that you can not only buy spare nozzles

That certainly wouldn't be in 3DS' interest. They'd rather you send the empty cartridges back so you can't rebuild them.
BTW: if we are successful in making an instructable for everyone, you might be able to have a master set of nozzles.
This will remove the need for a nozzle per cartridge.
Also, what are you breaking when rebuilding the head?

I find my Cube 3 printer setting idle most of the time and I was thinking of selling it. If anyone is interested in buying it, here is a list of what I have:
- Cube 3 Printer
- PLA Cart Neon Green 25% remaining. Came with printer.
- PLA Cart Black 95% or more Remaining, Cart Modified tube replaced and modified how it enters nozzle.
- ABS Cart Yellow 90% or more Remaining, Cart Modified Changed how tube enters nozzle. Nozzle damaged.
- ABS Cart Brown, 95% or more remaining
- INF Dissolvable Filament, New
The Yellow Cartridge nozzle tip is a .8 instead of .4 because I accidentally grabbed the wrong drill bit when I cleaned out a clog. I have printed with it sense and it still works just not that pretty. The printer only had one cart when I bought it and it had a few hand tools I will include. I used the firmware hack so the cartridges all show over 90% so they can be refilled but I have not done this so all the carts have 3D Systems filament.
I will post some pictures when I get home. I have a little over $350.00 invested in this but I am thinking $250.00 with free shipping, US lower 48 states only. Reasonable offers will be entertained.

A little too far from the pacific NW to go for a drive
While you are taking pictures, please snap one from underneath looking upwards at the nozzles.
Of interest is the white plastic with the brass inserts. Some are cracked or broken through.
Cracked is tolerable, broken through is not.
Looking forward to the other images as well.
I added a picture of the X carriage. It turned out a little out of focus but you can still tell there is not any cracks.
Are you buying this, Bo?
Otherwise, PCR, we can probably work something out.
I'm also going to assume the build plate has seen better days?
Well I pmd him the second after posting this, we're still working it out. Depends on shipping costs, we'll see, i'll keep you posted. Ty!
