That's fantastic @chaman! Thanks for sharing the vid!!
Now for v2 add a winder tilt'er so the small filament path gets left and right on every turn! hah

Good job Would this work on the CubePro Cartridges and has someone modded this for that purpose?

Can you post up some images of what you are looking at with the cube pro carts?

I did a quick google search on how to take apart the pro's cartridge and found this site. https://miller3dprinting.com/fix-cub...bex-cartridge/
If they can be disassembled as it says on this site then you shouldn't have too much trouble putting new filament in. I think we've only had one other person in the forums who has a pro, the rest of us have cube 3's so you will be doing things most of us haven't done. By the looks of the inside of the cartridge, this looks like it can be used to re-spool.

RFID chip huh...

Have you made this yet, Bo?
I still think an intermediate step would be good.
De-spool onto an interim large spool to make sure the OD of the source spool will be on the outside of the 3DS spool.
in short, you pull off the 1/3kg onto a nice big spool so no filament is stressed beyond the transfer.
Then make the new larger spool the source and wind it back onto the 3DS spool.
Note: the filament wound at the smaller diameter on the spool is now being wound to the inside of the target spool.
That is where I was having huge problems with the Hatchbox and eSun filaments.
The eSun people told me not to do re-spooling!
