T14 T24 Temp Error codes
I really need help. I have 4 good cartridges (PLA), and everytime I insert one, or both, regardless of switching sides, I always get an error code!!!
Left side T14, right side T24.
The printer never heats up all the way, and takes a long time before it actually shows the error codes T14 or T24.
I dont know what to do. I already called 3D systems support and they basically had me run though a checklist, and no matter what I did, it always had those error codes...
I know the main reason is that the print head is not in all the way, or not snapped into position. MINE IS! ALWAYS!
HELPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

Thank you, good idea. Is there one maybe you would recommend?

T11-T21 Thermistor circuit - Possible short circuit detected (according to 3DS)
T12-T22 Initial rate of change low - 3DS says to contact them
T13-T23 High rate of temperature change detected - A sudden change in temperature was detected
T14-T24 Low rate of temperature change detected - The rate of temperature increase is below the expected rate of change. [FIX]
T15-T25 Set point deviation - The temperature is different from the target temperature
^ for posterity
A low rate of change means something is not heating up fast enough.
I am not sure that would constitute poor mating of the nozzle with the heater block.
I was getting this error on one machine printing ABS every time within a layer or two of each print.
Put the machine in a warmer place, and all was fine.
This was a long time ago using stock cartridges before I even knew anything about this stuff.
Just to be sure... you don't have a chip installed on the side that is not being used, right?
That too will throw a Txx error.

FIX!! SOLVED!!!
IT WAS THE DAMN POWER SUPPLY!!!!
There was a kink in the wire, so i decided to investigate. I cut open the wires, and one of the wires was broken open, I don't think there was enough contact. I twisted it back together... and IT IS FINALLY PRINTING!!

What a find! Did it look like something that happened while in your possession or a factory blemish?

There's the exact model available for grabs on the internet. Can't remember the link right now. TD you got it handy?
It's cheap enough to have one as a spare just in case.

I'm in need of one too. Got a package deal a while back and it was missing the power supply.
