What'd you change, Bo. I'm getting "show all content" notices in IE11 every page now... as of a little while ago.

I cannot create a message without accepting it.

When I use a 3mm adapter, the filament pressure just pushed it right off when using PTFE and PFA.

Did you remove these tabs from the cartridge before using the clamp?

These seem to restrict it from pushing it together, making it extremely difficult to remove.

Something went totally haywire with the forum. It is giving me fits about unsafe content even though I made it a trusted site.
And unless I accept this unsafe content, I can't post.

No, the part should clear this sufficiently to wrap around those edges. But my edges broke off flush with the flat part.
If you have remnants of tab remaining, it could interfere, yes.

I'll run the print and test. Hang on.

It must have been a Windows update for IE11. I rarely use Internet Exploder at home. I mainly use Chrome and sometimes Firefox. I get the same thing in IE in Windows 10 now too. No problems with Chrome. It's not the forum. Once again, Microsoft security to the rescue!!!

I hadn't installed any updates and I do force them to wait for my approval.
Chrome on my machine is a spam, popup, hyperlinked-text nightmare.

This is not happening anywhere else.

If I disappear from the forum, you'll know why

    Life's too short for Firefox

Windows 10 is also doing this. So yes, someone broke the forum. And it is not usable like this.

Anyway, the clamp is working if the complete tab is removed.

Sorry about the audio. But I'm not doing it again. Hit the HD mode.

I found it, it is this darn thing...

The highlight is stuck in this windows when I accept the intrusive "Notice"
This window doesn't show up if I X-out of the "Notice".

When I'm at work I use Tapatalk to watch the forum on my phone. It was getting all kinds of errors from the forum when I tried to access it this afternoon.

I cut the tabs off and it is much easier to remove. Still a very tight fit, so it holds the cartridge firmly in place. Very good design! I tried test fitting it without the cartridge and there is no slop what so ever.

Also, I printed it in PLA and ABS, and both work very well.

    Thanks again dude!!
