    Didnt you section one already?

DO remember i have multiple cubes and im having now the same issue on all of them, I mean, clogs near completion of the full print, which sounds clear heat builds up over and over on the upper part of the printer (lack of ventilation??) and the filament ends up dilatating too much and producing the final clog

Time to seek an alternate cube horizontal disposition

I don't give up perfectly functional parts easily
In over a year, I've lost one tip, which I promptly sectioned to check tube lengths.

Today it is suppose to get to 105*F and I will test your theory.

I'd love to do the failure analysis on the failed hot-end.
The only thing I've seen is when a tube is slightly too long.
This sphincters the end of the tube in the hot end (or the feed end).
The symptoms also includes "thin prints"... just lacking "fullness".
Another thin-print symptom is contamination in the tip... like sluffed Teflon from the tube (gripper residue).

I find that reliable prints with significant overhangs requires a temp-controlled room.
Not for the hardware, but how the print behaves.

I also dug out my part fan mod and realized that the new flying tubing isn't compatible

But that does remind me, what if you blow a fan -through- the cubes while stacked?

Yeah that was another option I also had on mind but i'd need a dedicated fan on every cube and that just adds more acoustic contamination, even if I use silent fans then I'll add more power consumption....also would have to try out a couple orientations (use the X path? or the Y path? right over the printer? sligthly sepparated?) and so on...

Just wondering how the printed head held up? I was thinking the same thing but i thought between the metal hotend and the block would deform any 3D printed designs. If it did deform then it might be good idea to 3D print this into a mold and mix some polymer.

I know what you mean. I used to have CRS (can't remember sh!t) but it has progressed to CRAFT (can't remember a f'ing thing).
