Help Needed with CUBE 3 Firmware

I had problems where it sometimes wouldn't read my USB stick. I started using an extension cable because it was easier than reaching down there and couldn't see the port very well. It turns out that the connections on both ends of the extension cable are a tighter fit and I haven't had that problem since.

However, as Tom pointed out, you had the same problem with wifi. So it is unlikely that that is the problem.

Hmm... Could the problem be within the printer's system then?

Any firmware operation is risky.
There are no official trouble shooting guides.

We've gotten inside; we know what we're looking at; and we can operate the Cube while having access to the SD drive.
Any disruption in the SD prompts a firmware installation.

One problem that is real easy to fall for is the end of the FW update...
It just kind of turns off and eventually comes back.
Here, you will need patience.

Again, DON'T LOOSE THE 2 .BIN FILES!
